Person Rights – 2022

You are now on the chain of the innocence of existence, and I want to remind you that our innocence of existence has numerous implications, which you can discover in my texts.
You will undoubtedly discover many other implications of the fact that you were compelled to exist, and it was not a kind invitation to visit the planet for a joyful adventure...

The following text is a new concise proposal for the rights of the person, whether they are human, sexed or sexless, or of any other kind, as well as other persons of terrestrial or extraterrestrial origin, including AIs that will soon be quick to call you to order. (Soon, you will have Lunarians and Martians who will evolve rapidly due to living conditions that are nothing like those on Earth—be assured of that. The rights of the person will apply to them as well.)

The "Human Rights" become the "Person Rights."

Preamble

Given that no human being has asked to exist and that each has been faced with the fait accompli of their imperfect existence in an imperfect world,

Given that when one does not have a person’s consent, one must never place them before a fait accompli by imposing infinite risks upon them, inevitably leading to suffering and death,

Given that no person can be responsible for their physique or intellect since they were manufactured without their consent,

Given that all human beings have been manufactured for social service,

Given that every human being has been compelled to exist in order to perpetuate society,

Given that society is necessary only for the service of the individual and not the other way around, and that the notion of society and humanity exists only as a perception of the individual; that since nothing in the universe is permanent, it was unnecessary to create a person at the risk of their suffering to serve an idea of permanence (human, social, national) that is impossible to achieve,

Given that every person has been manufactured imperfectly, educated imperfectly, and inserted into an imperfect society without their consent,

It is imperative to apply the following:

Article 1

Every person must live in well-being throughout their entire existence (by the sole principle of reciprocity, which is an argument of simple rational logic implying equal treatment of all by everyone and vice versa).

(Well-being implies health, longevity, and an exciting life according to the views of the person and not yours; otherwise, it is useless to initiate the fabrication of a single person.)

Article 2

The Rights of the Person can never be altered in their meaning, neither now nor ever, and no law can prevail over these rights. The “Rights of the Person” must be memorized by all children in primary school, and their understanding must be regularly verified throughout their education.
Understanding must be assessed through behavior and not merely verbally.
